Earls Court & Olympia Group (EC&O) has appointed AVSC Europe as its new in-house audiovisual partner. AVSC Europe will be joining EC&O in July of this year and will be working with EC&O customers in the Earls Court and Olympia Conference Centres. The appointment follows EC&O’s decision to review its audiovisual services contract and stage a competitive tender for its conference centres at the beginning of 2005.
Anna Williams, EC&O’s Conference Sales Director said of the new supplier: “It’s great to welcome AVSC Europe to the team at Earls Court & Olympia. They have a great track record and with EC&O’s conference business steadily growing, AVSC will enable us to offer even better services and support to our customers. I’m really looking forward to working with the team in the conference centres over the coming years.”
David Smith, AVSC Europe, Director of Operations said of the new contract: “I’m delighted that we have signed the contract with EC&O. Working in such high profile London locations and on such a wide range of events means that the AVSC Europe team will truly be able to shine. I look forward to a great partnership with all at EC&O.”
AVSC Europe is part of the Audio Visual Services Corporation, the world’s largest provider of audiovisual services to the hospitality industry. AVSC Europe has provided audiovisual services to hotels and conference venues throughout Europe over the last six years, including the Savoy Hotel, Claridge’s, Starwood Hotels and Hilton.
