EC&O Venues recognises that it has a duty to its people and those it does business with, to the communities in which it operates, to the wider community as a whole and to the environment. The venues have made great strides in recycling and energy efficiency, and both the business, on a corporate level, and its employees - on an individual basis - are actively involved with charity, locally, regionally and nationally.

Increasingly, in every industry and walk of life, a statement of intent on, and commitment to, social responsibility is required by customers, potential employees, business partners, local authorities and the rest of the opinion former and stakeholder audience. EC&O Venues has therefore produced a Corporate Social Responsibility policy, which covers the areas of ethics, environment, energy, charity and community. This will be updated on a yearly basis.
