EC&O Venues has launched an on-line booking system for the private hire of meeting rooms at Earls Court and Olympia. The system is accessed through the EC&O Venues website – eco.co.uk, and provides detailed plans of capacities and location of the private meeting rooms, a virtual tour and up to the minute availability through one user-friendly web-site. It also offers a safe and secure on-line payment facility for both credit and debit cards.
The system has been created specifically for event organisers and their exhibitors. The event organiser is supplied with a unique code, specific to their event, to give them access to the on-line booking facility, which they can then pass onto their exhibitors. The event organiser is then effectively in complete control of the room booking availability.

Earls Court and Olympia have a large choice of rooms for meetings and events for 10 to 500 guests, all benefiting from first class customer service, catering and audio-visual services. The rooms are suitable for many types of small event from corporate hospitality, small meetings, private lunches and presentations to training seminars and small conferences. The meeting rooms also feature DegreeArt, a selection of the finest contemporary artwork created by students and recent graduates of some of the UK’s most prestigious art establishments. New pieces of art are added every six months, keeping the look of the meeting rooms stimulating and vibrant.
