EC&O Venues has invested £20,000 in upgrading its Earls Court Business Centre to enhance its customer service offering. Taking into consideration feedback from customers, the Business Centre which serves both Earls Court One and Earls Court Two has undergone a complete refurbishment to better serve its users’ needs. The centre is managed by a dedicated Business Services team, which is part of the venue’s Customer Services Department. Organisers and their exhibitors are assured of a comprehensive range of business services with excellent customer support. Improvements to the Business Centre have included new décor and equipment and new signage so it is more visible from the exhibition floor. Earls Court Customer Services Director, Rachel Parker, said; “The Earls Court Business Centre is a vital service for customers that need to keep in contact with their offices and carry out day-to-day business activities. Our investment ensures that users of the centre receive the highest quality equipment such as faxes, PCs and photocopiers, in a smart business environment.
