Size matters at Olympia as Erotica celebrates its biggest ever show

20/01/2006

Erotica celebrated its largest ever attendance in its nine year history. Nearly 80,000 people enjoyed the world’s most visited adult lifestyle event which took place from Thursday 17 November 2005– Sunday 20 November, in The Grand Hall at London’s Olympia, one of London’s leading venues.

The four-day event was such as success that its organisers are solely focusing on expanding the London event in the future, cancelling future plans for events in Manchester. The event comes back to Olympia in 2006 from 16-19 November.

Savvas Christodoulou, of Erotica said,

“This years show was the biggest and best yet. We are putting everything into ensuring that we build on this success for future years. Our visitors and exhibitors can look forward to an even more spectacular event at Olympia in 2006”

At this years’ show more than 250 exhibitors showcased the finest in fashion, art and furniture, body art and lingerie, jewellery and gifts from the world of Erotica. The show attracted as many women as men, and as many couples as singles, who were all enthralled by a magnificent stage show run throughout the event. The art gallery showcased exceptional quality work from some of the most talented artists from the world of Erotica.

Nick Graham, Exhibition Sales Manager, EC&O, said,

“Erotica is a hugely successful show and this year has been no exception taking up more space in the Grand Hall than ever before. Now the event is concentrating on London only, we expect it to grow even bigger. The flexibility of our venues means we can accommodate this growth in 2006 and beyond.”
