Digital Marketing
The EC&O Venues website, including free show listings, front page features, ticket promotions, special offers, competitions, advertising and sponsorship opportunities, plus resources such as travel directions, hotel and car park booking services. There is also eNews, a regular ‘what’s on’ e-newsletter sent to over 25,000 subscribers. Further opportunities include EC&O Venues’ established relationships with digital production and broadcast professionals, delivering podcasts, webcasts and allowing the use of BlueCasting technology in-venue.
Marketing Programmes
Including EC&O Venues’ What’s On posters and leaflets, displayed in-venue and distributed London-wide through restaurants, pubs and bars, plus opportunities for event-specific leaflet distribution in-venue and throughout the surrounding Boroughs. Partnership opportunities with EC&O Venues’ local business organisations and Chambers of Commerce, media brands, advertising partners, travel partners, tourist marketing organisations and local area visitor information websites.
Communications
Communications and PR support, comprising event-specific pre-and post-event press releases for trade and consumer media, solus What’s On releases, generic EC&O Venues What’s On releases, access to a local media database and campaign planning assistance. Further opportunities include ticket-based competitions and promotions in London-wide media and local media in west London. Issues and crisis management support is provided to assist in minimising the impact of anything unforeseen, and potentially damaging, that might occur during an event.

Image library including external and internal venue shots, including previous events in our spaces, for use in pre-event publicity. Contacts with leading suppliers of exhibitor training and workshops. Members of the AEV with access to the support the organisation provides. Lists of local hotels, restaurants, bars and pubs.
