A limited number of bays are available outside Earls Court One and these are accessed via the Warwick Road entrance. They are reserved for use on the day on a first come, first served basis and are free of charge to Blue Badge holders only.
Occasionally use of these bays has to be suspended for safety reasons (for example during concerts and the opening day, and weekends of the Ideal Home Show).
Alternative suitable parking will be offered where possible. Use of the drop-off/pick-up facility outside Reception at the Warwick Road entrance is recommended. The pick-up facility may only be used from half an hour after the end of a concert. Bays are also available within Earls Court Two multi-storey and Seagrave Road car parks.
Disabled bays are available within Earls Court Two multi-storey (red car park). There is a vehicle height limit of 2 metres. Spaces for vehicles higher than 2 metres can be booked in advance by telephone. They will be charged at the online rate of £25 plus a £1.50 booking fee.
You are strongly advised to pre-book car parking as it is cheaper to book in advance.
Book online at any time, or call our advance booking line on 0207 598 2515 between 0900-1700 Monday to Friday. Most major credit cards are accepted.
As a matter of policy Earls Court will always try to accommodate Blue Badge Holders if practically possible.
In Earls Court One, ramps are provided for wheelchair access at both the Warwick Road and West Brompton entrances. From here, access can be made to each level of the venue using either the staffed passenger lifts or mobility access lifts for wheelchair users. Earls Court Two has direct access on the ground level. Oversized wheelchairs and electric scooter users should make themselves known to a member of staff prior to entering the building.
There are a number of clearly marked Emergency Evacuation and Refuge points on levels 1, 2 and 4 of Earls Court.
Wheelchairs are available on loan for use on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7370 8818. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue. Please state whether you will be arriving at Earls Court One or Earls Court Two.
Both Reception and on site Box Office staff will assist in your enquiries as required. Our switchboard operates the 'Typetalk' system, the textphone relay service for hard of hearing people. Hearing loops are installed in the majority of demonstration and lecture areas at events.
All assistance dogs are welcome. Venue staff should be approached for further information. It is however not recommended that animals be subjected to the loud noises and special effects from concerts. The venue should be contacted directly should you have concerns or special requirements. See Help and Assistance.
See Venue Floor Plans for the location of cloakrooms and disabled toilets. All disabled toilet facilities are unisex.
There is space provided for wheelchair users with one accompanying person permitted per wheelchair. We endeavour to accommodate other special needs visitors if possible at all seated events. Please notify the Box Office on 020 7370 8078 when booking your tickets if you have any special needs.
Special medical requirements or concerns should be notified to the venue prior to arrival. This will allow us to provide you with the required level of medical care. For all events, qualified staff and facilities are available in each hall. See Help and Assistance.
Accessible taxis can be booked through Computer Cab (020 7432 1432). Access to the venue after a concert for taxis is restricted. The venue should be contacted if a taxi has been pre-booked.
All facilities can provide services at ground level. Please ask a member of staff for assistance. Large print menus are available on request. Any special requirements should be directed to the venue prior to arrival.
Should you require any information prior to your arrival, please contact the Switchboard on 020 7385 1200. Should you experience any problems, please contact any member of staff and ask for a member of the Customer Services Team who will assist you as necessary.
